"Not quite the quality I was hoping for"
I don’t know, the stitching just felt kind of cheap to me, and after a little while it seemed like it was already starting to wear out. I expected it to hold up a bit better

"Super easy to wipe clean"
I’ll be honest, the thing I remember most about this is how easy it is to wipe down. My kid has gotten everything from snack crumbs to marker on it, and somehow the cleanup is usually just a quick swipe. I’m sure there have been a few messier moments, but I’ve basically blocked those out because most days it’s no scrubbing, no stress, and one less annoying thing to deal with.

"Comfy at first, but not quite supportive enough"
It felt comfortable the first couple of nights, and I really thought it was going to work out. But after a little while, I started noticing it just didn’t have the support I needed. Not sure how to explain it, but I’d wake up with some back soreness and didn’t feel as rested. It’s not awful or anything, just wasn’t the right fit for me

"Really soft fabric, no complaints"
I ordered from rooandyou.ca and I’ll just say, the fabric is genuinely really soft. I know people can be skeptical about buying clothes online, and I am too, because some stuff shows up feeling scratchy or cheap. But this was comfy right away, so I don’t really get what there would be to complain about. My kid liked it immediately and didn’t want to take it off. I washed it once already and it still feels nice. Happy with it overall.

"Return ended up being a bit of a hassle"
The product itself was fine, nothing really wrong there, but the return process — and then the warranty replies, just took way longer than I expected. I felt like I kept having to follow up, that got frustrating. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely not great either...

At first I was annoyed because it took longer than I expected to hear back. I kept checking and wondering if anyone was actually going to respond. But once they did, they were polite and helped me out, so I felt a lot better afterward. Not the fastest support, but it wasn’t a bad experience overall
